These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Stellavoy for event-based espresso catering services.
By booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following:
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.
Dates are not reserved until the retainer is received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to remit final payment may result in cancellation of services.
Client agrees to provide accurate event details including:
Changes to event details may result in pricing adjustments.
Final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.
If guest count increases, additional charges may apply.
Client must ensure:
If setup conditions are unsafe or unavailable, Stellavoy reserves the right to refuse service without refund.
Stellavoy is fully insured. However:
Client assumes responsibility for securing any necessary venue approvals.
Service is limited to the agreed duration. Additional time may be available at an hourly rate if requested during the event and approved by Stellavoy staff.
Stellavoy is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
All branding, logos, menu concepts, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Stellavoy Coffee Co.
By submitting payment and securing services, Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

At Stellavoy, we reserve event dates exclusively for each client. Because of this, we maintain the following cancellation policy:
All retainers are non-refundable.
The retainer secures your event date and compensates for reserved time and declined bookings.
More than 30 days before event:
Client forfeits retainer. No additional balance due.
14–30 days before event:
50% of total invoice is due.
Less than 14 days before event:
100% of total invoice is due.
If availability permits, one date transfer may be allowed within 6 months of the original event date.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
Date transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
For outdoor events:
Stellavoy provides tent coverage for the cart.
If weather prevents safe setup and no alternative space is provided, the event will be considered canceled and cancellation terms apply.
If the client or venue denies access or fails to provide setup requirements, no refunds will be issued.
Any eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
